We want you to feel good in your Hiwaii shirt. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible cases

• Wrong item, size, or design received.
• Damaged or defective item on arrival.
• Order lost in transit after carrier review.

Notes

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for size-exchange returns unless there is a production defect or fulfillment error.
